Standard stirred reactors and tanks are offered from simple design to reactors with duplication to keep the temperature of the stirred medium. The rotary movement of the various types of stirrers is provided by a front gear motor in electrical or pneumatic design.
The reactor or the stirred tank can be supplemented with technological accessories for various chemical processes (measuring of values, writing of values and various comforts of control). The lid of the reactor or the stirred tank is fitted with a bearing housing VKK in A, B, C versions.
The reactors or stirred tanks can be used in normal environment or environment with a risk of explosion.
• working capacity for tanks without duplication: 5 to 300 l
• working capacity for duplicators: 15 to 100 l
• bottom drain outlet: DN15 to DN50 (drain socket with a bottom plug or drain valve)
Glass lid:
• standard or custom manufacture
Stainless steel lid:
• a choice of implementations, qualities, roughnesses of surfaces and process connections
Coated lid:
• ECTFE, ETFE, PFA (optional conductive implementation for ECTFE and ETFE)
Plastic lid:
PP, PE, PVDF, PTFE (optional conductive implementation)
